Description

The 1/4 pork deposit includes an average of 100 pounds of product cut according to your specifications, (ground pork, chops, roast, etc.). After ordering, we will email you a cut-sheet you can use to determine how you would like the animal processed.

Pricing

A $100 upfront deposit is required at the time of your order to reserve the 1/4 pork bundle, and the remaining amount will be due at the time of delivery. Final billing will be based on $5.00 / lb for the final weight, minus your deposit. The typically final weight is between 40 – 60 pounds, which means your net cost will range from $200 – $300.

  • July 15th (July deadline May 1st)

  • 24 l 1 lb. pkgs of Ground pork (Because the weights of some of the cuts (especially the roasts) varies somewhat the range on ground pork ensures the entire bundle always weighs 30lbs.)
